Who provides the service

The service is provided by Harry Mulqueen, trading as Xaveron. Harry operates the business personally; Xaveron is not a registered limited company.

The service

Xaveron prepares a free homepage preview when we believe a useful concept can be produced. A preview is not a finished website and does not require you to purchase. If you approve and pay, we will build the agreed website using the information and materials you provide.

Price and monthly care

For new projects, the website build is USD $899: a USD $449.50 deposit after agreeing the written scope, and USD $449.50 after your approval, before launch. Monthly care is USD $99, beginning when the website launches, not when you pay the deposit. Payment instructions are provided after we confirm your project. Existing accepted quotes, orders and subscriptions retain their agreed prices and terms.

Monthly care includes hosting, maintenance and up to 30 minutes of small text or image edits per billing month. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, major changes, ongoing SEO, AI integrations and paid third party services require a separate quote and your approval.

Delivery

Our normal initial build target is three to four business days after the deposit, agreed scope and complete content are received. This is a target, not a guarantee. Revision rounds, missing content and third party dependencies can extend the timeline. Launch follows your written approval and payment of the remaining build balance.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and have permission to use every name, image, logo, testimonial and other item you supply. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business claims, offers and customer data.

Changes and approval

The standard build includes up to five pages, mobile optimisation, an enquiry form, basic technical SEO and two revision rounds within the agreed scope. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback. New pages, major redesigns and specialist features require a separate quote. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the website before launch. Basic SEO does not include ongoing content production, link building or ranking guarantees.

Ownership and transfer

You retain ownership of your domain, supplied content and customer data. After full payment of the build fee, the custom website code and available assets can be provided on request. Third party software, fonts and other licensed assets remain subject to their own licences; subscriptions and accounts may not be transferable. Migration work or replacement services are quoted separately before work begins.

Cancellation

The monthly service has no fixed term and may be cancelled by emailing hello@xaveron.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges after the current paid period, subject to any rights the law gives you. Hosting and managed services end when the paid period ends.

Results and liability

We design websites to improve clarity, credibility and enquiry opportunities, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, Xaveron is not liable for indirect losses or failures caused by services outside our reasonable control.
